Who We AreAll staff hired at JPGMA go through a rigorous vetting process. We strive to hire the best teachers in each area to work with the children at the Academy. Teaching is a vocation. The ability to work with multi age groups is both a great gift and responsibility. Each staff member is required to have a background check and is approved by the Head of School, Advisory Board, and Board of Directors.
Sloane Casey, a Chelsea Academy alum, is NAMC Toddler Certified. Sloane is a licensed cosmetologist who began her love of working with children at the young age of 12 while babysitting, then nannying and teaching many young children along the way. Sloane is very excited to be running the Mommy and Me class at JPGMA. She loves the Montessori philosophy, especially when applied to our littlest ones where they absorb so much and grow every day. Outside of class she enjoys reading, crocheting, styling hair, and family time.
