Who We Are

All staff hired at JPGMA go through a rigorous vetting process.  We strive to hire the best teachers in each area to work with the children at the Academy. Teaching is a vocation.  The ability to work with multi age groups is both a great gift and responsibility. Each staff member is required to have a background check and is approved by the Head of School, Advisory Board, and Board of Directors.

 

Laine Dillon is a recent graduate from Christendom College and has been a part of the Front Royal community her whole life. She recently married her coworker and fellow classmate from Christendom, John Dillon, and the two have loved dedicating their time to helping students grow in their love for learning in and out of school. 

While working at JPGMA part-time during her last semester at Christendom where she completed the Teaching Practicum, Laine fell in love with the school. She now works in the elementary where she teaches a variety of subjects such as math, science, history, as well as directing plays. 

Laine hopes to share her love for the Lord and learning through teaching. She feels incredibly blessed to work at such a wonderful school and teach such amazing kids.
