Who We Are

All staff hired at JPGMA go through a rigorous vetting process.  We strive to hire the best teachers in each area to work with the children at the Academy. Teaching is a vocation.  The ability to work with multi age groups is both a great gift and responsibility. Each staff member is required to have a background check and is approved by the Head of School, Advisory Board, and Board of Directors.

 

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from George Mason University. She spent most of her career in the defense industry, where she specialized in conducting investigations and managing personnel security. Now, she is excited to pivot back to her roots in education and join the staff at JPGMA, where she looks forward to being part of this warm and welcoming Montessori community.

A proud Air Force spouse and Marine/Army mom, Stephanie and her husband, Matt, have three grown sons and a daughter who currently attends JPGMA. She is thrilled to be part of both the staff and the parent community at the school.
