Who We Are

All staff hired at JPGMA go through a rigorous vetting process. We strive to hire the best teachers in each area to work with the children at the Academy. Teaching is a vocation. The ability to work with multi age groups is both a great gift and responsibility. Each staff member is required to have a background check and is approved by the Head of School, Advisory Board, and Board of Directors.

Kristin graduated with a BA from Franciscan University of Steubenville in 2001 and was introduced to Montessori and the Catechism of the Good Shepherd in 2006. She has been a lead catechist in both Level 1 and Level 2 for 5 years. Kristin and her husband Paul and their 6 children have witnessed and been grateful for the beautiful Montessori education that their children have received and are excited to be a part of JPGMA.
